Jc Residency Madurai Hotel

Had a great time at JC Residency! The spacious Executive Room offered a lovely view of the gardens, and the breakfast spread was excellent with delicious options. Just wished the WiFi worked better, but overall a solid stay!

Prime central location, near the city centre. Brand-new rooms, well-maintained and well-maintained.

During trip everything was good and we would come here again. The hotel was fairly clean with consistently courteous staff who provided us with great breakfasts. The property location was good and peaceful in the restaurant one hour before closing time of the buffet.

Consider me officially shocked

From the fine entrance to the lush surroundings, every moment here was magical! The spacious Executive Room was immaculate, blending modern amenities with heritage charm. Breakfast was a good spread of both traditional and English fare, beautifully served by polite staff. One could feel the care and attention to detail throughout our stay.

Top-class hotel with magnificent location near the town center and amicable staff at reception desk. Location near to the restaurant one hour before closing time of the buffet, temple and calm place and the Airport. Early check in and late check out. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property:)))

Breakfast is Indian. But everything we wanted was brought. Very friendly staff in the restaurant and service.

Honestly, there wasn't anything about the hotel to complain about. It was pure enjoyment throughout my stay. The spacious Executive Room offered a bit of luxury with a comfy layout that provided ample space to kick back and relax.

Things started on the wrong foot when the electronic lock on my door there first refused to cooperate, flashing green but not opening until the sixth attempt. The mattress protectors were improperly fitted, leading to uncomfortable sleeping conditions with lumpy mattresses, and a fine layer of dust coated surfaces, suggesting the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. The central HVAC system was a nuisance, dispersing dust every time the AC was activated, while using the ceiling fan released dust from under the beds. Despite the hefty room rate of 6k INR per day, the hotel didn't supply complimentary mineral water, which reminded me of another blow. The breakfast quality varied too much, with some days with fresh options while others served leftovers. Room service was overly expensive and took ages to arrive.

Our group was received very friendly. The rooms are very good and spacious. A dinner was organized for us on the roof terrace. We always like to come back

I was impressed with the wonderful ambiance and the attentive service at Jc Residency Madurai. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast with an excellent spread. The comfortable room provided a cozy retreat.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful. Sheeta in particular was extremely helpful - helped with booking on-going travel, taxis etc. We thought it was very good value for money especially in comparison to other places we stayed in Southern India for equal price.

The free WiFi chucks you out after about 10 minutes - usually just as you are about to complete a transaction! But this was a small issue.
